According to §§ 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), however, we - as a service provider - are not obliged to monitor third-party information provided or stored or to search for circumstances that indicate an illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, any liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific legal infringement. When corresponding legal infringements become known to us, we will remove these contents immediately.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties. We have no influence on the contents of these external third-party websites. Thus, we cannot assume liability for these third-party contents. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the contents of the linked sites. At the time of linking, the linked sites were checked for possible legal infringements. Illegal contents were not recognisable at the time of linking.
However, a permanent content check of the linked sites is not reasonable without concrete indications of a legal infringement. When legal infringements become known to us, we will remove such links immediately.
The contents and works created by the site operators and presented on these sites are subject to the German copyright law. Reproduction, processing, dissemination and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author and/or originator. Downloads and copies of this site are allowed for private, non-commercial use only.
If the contents on this site have not been created by the operator, third-party copyrights are observed. In particular, third-party contents are identified as such. If you become aware of a copyright infringement nevertheless, please notify us accordingly. When legal infringements become known to us, we will remove such contents immediately.
The operators of these sites take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations as well as this data privacy statement.

Collection and disclosure of information: Using the Google+ button, you can publish information worldwide. The Google+ button provides you and other users with personalised contents from Google and our partners. In some cases, this name can also replace another name that you have used when sharing contents via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be displayed to users who know your e-mail address or have other identifying information about you.
Use of the collected information: In addition to the uses explained above, the information that you provide is used in accordance with the applicable Google data protection provisions.
